At Nestbelaura, we want your home and garden decor purchase to arrive as expected and work well for your space. If an eligible item is not right for you, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.

30-Day Return Window

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, including returns due to a change of mind, product selection, or other personal preference.

To qualify for a return:

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused and in the condition in which it was received.
  • All essential parts, accessories, and included components must be returned.
  • Original packaging should be included when reasonably available.
  • The item must not have been damaged, altered, or modified after delivery.

Returned products are inspected before a refund is processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact Nestbelaura within the 30-day return period.

Please provide your order number and, when relevant, clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate return or refund instructions.

Please do not send the item back before receiving return instructions from our support team.

  • Reason for the return
  • Photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect

Once your request is reviewed and the item is eligible for return, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.

Nestbelaura provides free return shipping for eligible returns within the United States, including eligible change-of-mind returns.

Please obtain return authorization before mailing an item so we can identify and process your return correctly.

Refunds

After your return is received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the outcome.

For eligible returns, Nestbelaura will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item is received and reviewed.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account after it has been issued.

Returns That Do Not Meet the Policy

A return may be declined if the product:

  • Shows signs of use beyond reasonable inspection
  • Was damaged after delivery
  • Has been altered or modified
  • Is missing essential parts or included components
  • Is returned outside the 30-day return period

Once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. An eligible product may instead be returned after delivery under this policy.
